1. Booking and Reservation
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by C PRO Water Sports.
- Bookings may be made online via our website, by phone, or in person at our office.
- A valid credit card or payment method is required to secure your booking.
2. Payment Policy
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
- Payments can be made via credit card or other methods as specified on our website.
- All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include applicable taxes and fees, unless otherwise stated.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
- Full refund for cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled activity.
- 50% refund for cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before the activity.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity or for no-shows.
Cancellations by C PRO Water Sports:
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule activities due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund, based on your preference.
4. Participant Responsibilities
- Participants must adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by our staff.
- It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they are in suitable physical condition to join the activity and to disclose any medical conditions that may affect their participation.
- All participants must respect local laws, customs, and regulations during the activity.
5. Liability Waiver
- Participation in water sports involves inherent risks, including potential personal injury or property damage.
- By participating, you voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to release C PRO Water Sports from any liability related to these risks.
6. Age Restrictions
- Some activities may have minimum age requirements.
- Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who is fully responsible for their safety and conduct.
7. Changes to Activities
- C PRO Water Sports reserves the right to modify or cancel any activity due to operational reasons, safety issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
- We will notify affected customers as early as possible and offer suitable alternatives or a refund where appropriate.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
- We are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.
